The NEW Addition Continues to March Along!

Construction efforts continue at Jitters. Trusses are in place, a new floor and walls are helping the dream to take shape. Stay tuned!

The Sub-Floor is in Progress!

Despite various delays and the snowy winter, progress continues! The subflooring is being installed and two cars can officially fit in what will be the garage!

Hello!
My name is Shirley Bloethe. Welcome to Shirley's World.

About me:
Shirley Bloethe has been an entrepreneur since she was a young girl in Girl Scouts--always selling lots of cookies for her troop.....She owns three businesses, hosts a radio show, and is a member of CCWF (Central Connecticut Women’s Forum) for 15 years. She is the current president of the organization. Shirley graduated from Hartford College for Women's Entrepreneurial Course in November 1987. She is the owner (coming into its 16th year) of Pass-It-On Sports & Fitness and Jitters Coffeehouse (7 years) both located at 1273 Queen Street in Southington, CT. She also owns Harbor Park Boat Rentals in Middletown, CT.
She is the single mother of three grown children, Hunter, Stacy and Crystal. She is the former Public Outreach Co-coordinator for a support group in the local area, and the recipient of an award by the SBA. Shirley has spoken for women's events and state sponsored SBA self-employment workshops. Shirley is also affiliated with Pre Paid Legal Services. Shirley’s favorite things to do are spending time with her man Dave, hanging our with her kids, family, dog (Zuzu) and her many friends as well as boating, kayaking, skiing, travel and reading.
